What clients say about working with Reid.
Working with Reid Weaver at CBRE was an outstanding experience. He was incredibly thorough, conscientious, and attentive from start to finish.
Reid really listened to what I needed, understood the details that mattered to me and my business, and ultimately found the right property. He was also an excellent negotiator and made sure my interests were represented every step of the way.
His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire process feel seamless. I’m thrilled with the result and would highly recommend Reid to anyone looking for an exceptional commercial real estate broker.
Best broker I have ever worked with by far. Reid was extremely professional and made the process very simple. He explained everything thoroughly and we ended up having to tour a lot of different buildings and he never complained and seemed genuinely happy to be there. We will be working with Reid in the future.
Reid is one of the best commercial brokers I have worked with. He showed me more than 30 properties without any complaints and continue to help with our unique needs. Eventually found the place we bought and made sure the process was smooth all the way, even helped us find people to move furniture and movers and many other tedious works. Reid and Simon put clients before their pay! They have clients for life! Highly recommended!
We have had the pleasure of working with Reid over the past several years on our office requirements, and have found him to be honest, hard working and intelligent in his advocacy for his clients. I'd have no hesitation recommending Reid to anyone for their real estate requirements.
Reid was a timely and wonderful communicator, deftly navigating a lease that was completed with us in an excellent position. He is also so nice to work with but strong in his negotiating techniques, offering insights that we wouldn't have been aware of. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone who needs his services and would be glad to speak with them to give him a full vote of confidence!
